How booking works
Boarding and day care enquiries are reviewed before any payment is due. The steps below match what you will see when you book through our site.
Choose dates or a session
Browse availability and submit a boarding or day care enquiry with your dates, session choice, and pet details. Your enquiry does not reserve calendar space until we have reviewed it.
We review your enquiry
We check whether we can accommodate your dates and will email you to confirm, decline, or explain any next steps.
Meet & greet or trial session (if needed)
For new dogs we may schedule a meet-and-greet plus either a trial night or a trial day care session before payment is available. We will keep you updated by email while these steps are in progress.
Pay your deposit
When we open payment for your booking, you have 24 hours to pay a 25% deposit online to confirm your stay. Paying the deposit moves your booking to confirmed.
Balance & your stay
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before check-in. We will check your dog in on arrival and check out when you collect them.
New dogs may require a trial night or trial day care session, charged at the relevant service rate. Submitting an enquiry does not hold calendar capacity until we have reviewed your request.

Laura and Kath are absolutely amazing, honestly couldn’t ask for better dog walkers. They walk Derek two days a week and Nala one day a week, and both of my dogs are completely obsessed with them!
