How booking works
Boarding enquiries are reviewed before any payment is due. The steps below match what you will see when you request a stay through our site.
Check dates & request a stay
Browse availability and submit a booking enquiry with your dates and pet details. Your enquiry does not reserve calendar space until we have reviewed it.
We review your enquiry
We check whether we can accommodate your dates and will email you to confirm, decline, or explain any next steps.
Meet & greet or trial night (if needed)
For new dogs we may schedule a meet-and-greet or trial stay before payment is available. We will keep you updated by email while these steps are in progress.
Pay your deposit
When we open payment for your booking, you have 24 hours to pay a 25% deposit online to confirm your stay. Paying the deposit moves your booking to confirmed.
Balance & your stay
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before check-in. We will check your dog in on arrival and check out when you collect them.
New dogs may require a trial stay, charged at our standard rate. Submitting an enquiry does not hold calendar capacity until we have reviewed your request.

Laura and Kath are absolutely amazing, honestly couldn’t ask for better dog walkers. They walk Derek two days a week and Nala one day a week, and both of my dogs are completely obsessed with them!
